For over 50 years Inductelec Limited have been at the forefront of induction heating technology. Our business undertakes the Project Management of Induction Heating Systems from 8000 square feet at our modern production facility in Sheffield.

 

As engineers ourselves Inductelec offer a comprehensive approach to Project Management.

 

Subject to the project requirements we can draw from our pool of expertise and assemble a team of engineers with all the relevant skills to manage the critical elements of your project all of who will be overseen by a project manager. This project manager will be the main conduit to channel communication between Inductelec and the customer and will be responsible for the overall delivery of the system.

 

From initial specification through design approval to pass off, final commissioning and handover we believe in total customer involvement.

 

By setting easily definable milestones project progression can be monitored and assessed with regular customer updates either by email or visits you will be kept fully informed up to the point of final sign off.

 

The latest project management software packages will be utilised where appropriate to produce Gant charts and critical path analysis all of which can be made available to customers if required.

 

By controlling as much of the overall process in house including power unit design and build, mechanical design, induction heating applications expertise, machining, wiring, machine build, PLC programming, coil design and manufacture etc. Inductelec is able to manage very closely our supply lines and costs ensuring a profitable cost efficient outcome which suits both supplier and customer.
